Standard Screen Printing – Plastisol Inks
Our standard screen printing process uses traditional, eco-conscious plastisol inks for consistent, high-quality results. We print exclusively with phthalate-free plastisol inks, chosen for their safety and reliability. These premium inks sit on top of the fabric to produce bold, vibrant colors with a smooth feel. Once heat-cured, the design becomes highly durable and built to last through repeated wear and washing.
Unless specified, this is our standard style of printing. Standard print size is up to 12.5” X 16”.

Distressed “vintage” Screen Printing
Distressed “vintage” screen prints are designed to capture the authentic, weathered look of a well-loved favorite from decades past. Through intentional techniques like simulated cracking, fading, and subtle texture loss, we recreate the soft, broken-in feel of a shirt that has survived years of wear and washing. This aesthetic embraces “perfect imperfections,” giving your garment a unique, retro character right out of the box.
Standard print size is up to 12.5” X 16”.

4-Color Process Printing (Light Shirts)
4-color process screen printing, also known as CMYK printing, uses four ink colors—cyan, magenta, yellow, and black—to recreate full-color images with impressive detail and depth. Instead of printing each color as a solid spot color, this method blends tiny dots of each ink in precise patterns to simulate a wide range of tones, gradients, and photographic effects. It’s ideal for designs with complex artwork, subtle shading, or high-detail imagery like photos. While this method can be used on dark garments with an underbase, results may vary depending on the artwork and desired vibrancy.

Simulated Process Screen Printing
Simulated process printing is the go-to method when you have a full-color design that needs to stand out on a dark garment. This technique uses multiple high-opacity inks, blended strategically, to achieve the look of a full-color print without relying solely on standard CMYK. While it can be used on garments of any color, it requires advanced artwork separation and a high level of precision to execute correctly. Our team takes pride in delivering clean, detailed separations and exceptional print quality tailored to each design. Because every piece of artwork is unique, we recommend sharing it with your sales representative so we can determine the best print approach. Please note that a one-time setup fee may apply due to the complexity of preparation.
Standard print size is up to 12.5” X 16”.

Discharge Screen Printing
Discharge screen printing is a specialty process that removes the dye from a garment and replaces it with new color, rather than layering ink on top. This creates a soft, lightweight print that becomes virtually “no feel” once the garment has been washed. Because of the discharge process, garments must be washed before wearing to fully activate the print and achieve that soft-hand finish. It works best on 100% cotton garments, especially darker colors, where the effect stands out the most. Since the process reacts with the garment’s original dye, slight color variations can occur, giving each piece a unique, vintage-inspired look.
